When things go pear-shaped at work, where do you start? People's first instinct is often to do something, anything, to change the situation. However, responding effectively when you're off balance is like trying to fire an arrow while standing on one leg - nigh on impossible.
Ann Lewis works with people who want to get back to their brilliant best as quickly as possible, and to learn why things went wrong so that they can avoid a repeat. Her new book is a self-coaching guide for those tough times, with lots of stories from real people who have been there, survived and thrived.
Come along and share Ann’s story, and find out about the seven steps that will get you back on track from any setback, and leave you in charge of your life with your best self shining through.
Ann is an independent accredited professional executive coach. Before starting her own business five years ago, she was a charity human resource director with a real interest in developing people’s potential and creating work cultures that supported employees to be their best.
After 16 years of commuting to London, Ann decided that she didn’t like getting up at 5 am any more. She hung up her season ticket and started Ann Lewis Coaching, specialising in leadership and organisational development for charities and SMEs. Ann lives in Brighton, and loves evenings with husband and/or friends, opera, walking and photography. She is re-learning how to cycle after a break of (no she’s not saying how many years…).
