Our special and very inspirational speaker today is Julia Armstrong.

Julia uses her experience as an international athlete and UK Athletics coach to help others discover their own pathway to self awareness, and works now as a pioneering core therapist, marrying her many years of counselling, coaching and mentoring.

Today Julie will not only share her own amazing story but will also be talking about exploring the stories we have about ourselves and how these stories shape and affect our lives and how we can become aware that we are the director and script writer of our own life and really take charge of our future

Julia makes use of her own experience, as well as her genuine energy and enthusiasm, to help others look at the stories and beliefs that have been created by them and around them, and to shift those, at the core, that hinder the natural pathway our heart yearns for us to tread.

Alongside her therapy work, Julia hosts a number of workshops, seminars and courses, and is also a writer, broadcaster and public speaker, working to spread her message and philosophy out in the world.

Julia lives, works and runs in Eastbourne
